All to often we here loudly and clearly about complaints, I just wanted to take a minute and let you know Saturn's staff is doing a great job.

I stopped by your parts department when Elvin took care of me. You see, I was in need of wiper blades for my 2007 Saturn Vue. Even though it was the end of the day, he proceeded to take care of my needs, but also took the next step and went out and put them on my car. It is staff such as this that continues to make your dealership a step ahead of the rest in the industry.

"Nissan's Wonderful Service Ensured Our Sale"

I am writing to tell you what a pleasant experience my wife and I had at Sunnyside recently when we were shopping for a new car. We had narrowed the field down to three highly rated products: Toyota's Prius, Honda's Civic, and Nissan's Altima. We carefully read our Consumer's Reports, drove all three cars, and got the feel of each dealership.

What
tipped the scale in favor of the Altima we now own was the wonderfully professional and friendly attitudes of those we came in contact with. It started with our salesman, Don Boston, who treated us with sensitivity and respect. There was not a hint of urgency or high pressure in his calm, friendly approach. He knew his product, and he put us at ease.

Tom and Karl took if from there to complete a deal that we were happy with. We love our new silver Altima, and we look forward to working with our new friends at Sunnyside in the future.

"A new Vue on buying a Car!"

My partner and I came to the dealership to look at the Saturn Vue. When it became apparent that we were ready to take the plunge, we decided to take a half day off work, so that we could come in and see what was available. Even though it was his scheduled day off, Chris Strauss came in to take care of us.

Well, I can't even begin to tell you what a wonderful buying experience we had at the dealership. Even though we fell in love with the Vue at first sight, Chris was determined to make us absolutely sure that it was the best car for my partner. He took his time explaining both the features and benefits of the Vue. After the test drive, when we sat down to work out the numbers, i.e. trade-in value on her Jeep, etc., my partner thought that perhaps we should upgrade to the "comfort" package. Since we both loved the Ruby Red color, we kept our fingers crossed that there would be another on the lot. In less than a minute, Chris had our answer, "yes!". Needless to say we were both thrilled. Within a few hours, we were on the road with my partner's new Vue.

Before we drove off, Chris went into the Vue with my partner to show how to work the radio, the On-Star features, and most of the controls. He made certain that my partner felt comfortable enough with the vehicle before letting us drive off the lot.

In the years that we have been together, my partner and I have bought seven cars. Never have we had such a relaxing car-buying experience. We were treated as though we just bought the most expensive car on the lot. I must also mention- the "hurray" sign hanging from the rear view window was just the icing on the cake! My partner plans on keeping that as a momento of the day.

Neither of us will hesitate to recommend the Saturn experience to any of our family or friends. As a matter of fact, I have a sister in Michigan who is in the market for a car, and I was so impressed iwth the Astra that she's considering buying one. I only wish she'd come to Ohio to buy one from Chris.
